Bill is passionate about coaching leaders including first time people leaders, mid-level and the C-Suite. A coaching engagement starts for a variety of reasons including: first-time people leader, promotion into a new leadership role, leader is a high-potential and career progression needs to be accelerated and/or to work on very specific leadership behaviors (i.e. executive presence, influencing skills, communication style, etc.).
